We welcome applications from students, researchers, engineers, and inventors at various stages of their careers. While many of our collaborators are university students or recent graduates, we also work with experienced professionals who have innovative ideas. The most important qualification is a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Do I need to have a fully developed idea to apply?

Not at all! We welcome ideas at all stages of development—from initial concepts to partially developed prototypes. Our team can help refine and develop your idea through our structured process. What's most important is the potential of the core concept and your passion for developing it further.

How does the revenue sharing work?

Our revenue sharing model is designed to be fair and transparent. Typically, inventors receive between 30-50% of net revenues from the commercialization of their technology, depending on their level of contribution and the resources required for development. The exact percentage is agreed upon before we begin work on any project and is detailed in our collaboration agreement.

What time commitment is required?

The time commitment varies depending on the project and your role. Some contributors spend 5-10 hours per week, while others may dedicate more time during intensive development phases. We understand that our collaborators often have academic or professional commitments, and we work to create flexible arrangements that accommodate your schedule.

Is there any cost to join or participate?

There is absolutely no cost to apply or participate as a collaborator. Millat Tech invests in the development of promising ideas and only recoups its investment when technologies are successfully commercialized. If your idea is selected for development, we provide all the necessary resources, including engineering expertise, prototyping facilities, and patent filing costs.
